Let’s get cooking!

We offer an educational, engaging and interactive crêpe cooking atelier to primary, elementary and secondary schools.

Each student will have the opportunity to try their hand at cracking eggs, mixing, and whipping ingredients while embracing French culture and the language.

And because hard work always deserves to be rewarded, each student will get to enjoy a delicious sweet crêpe (traditional, gluten free or vegan) at the end of the class.

We charge $7.00 per student per block of 45 minutes, please contact us for more details about pricing and booking.

  • Wow, wow, wow! Crepe day is a new favourite at our school. Not only were the crepes delicious, but Stephane and his daughter were engaging, kind, and informative. Our 170 students all feel more comfortable recognizing and using French words, and had a great time doing it. Thank you so much!

  • My Grade 7 class and I had a great time making crepes with Stephane and his daughter. The booking was easy. Stephane was also very responsive to our requests, was very well organized, and spoke to the students in French. The crepes were delicious, and we had a choice of three toppings. My favourite was fresh lemon with a bit of sugar. Highly recommended for a French cultural experience!!

  • Our school had booked Petit Atelier for the day. They were to make crepes with 6 classes throughout the day. I was able to be there for 3 of the 6 classes that I teach French for. From start to finish Petit Atelier was organized, efficient, and engaging for the students. Stephane was able to incorporate some French into the program, while teaching students how to make crepes. It was a huge success. The kids enjoyed making the crepes and loved eating them with a topping of their choice. I hope we can get them back again.

  • This workshop transported our students to France for the hour. It was a great experience for our students who come from a multitude of backgrounds and cultures. It was fun to see the crepes come to life right before our eyes. Not only is the activity fun and festive, but the instructor has many skills as a teacher to maintain everyone's attention and interest. He is relaxed and funny and knew how to connect with the entire group. Also, he juggled going back and forth in English and French and did so seamlessly. The final product was delicious, and everyone came away feeling very satisfied!

  • We had an amazing crêpe-making day with Bistrotvan. Stéphane and his team are very friendly and experienced, and the workshops went by without a hitch. This kind of hands-on, experiential learning will be what students remember for years to come. Our school is already looking forward to welcoming Bistrotvan again next year.
