Meet the Gallien Family!

Stephane Gallien created Le Petit Atelier in 2020 with the launch of the family food truck, BistrotVan. On a cold January day in Kitsilano, Vancouver, we started serving our first warm crêpes, bringing French Parisian street-style crêpes to the city to warm up the bellies and hearts of our community during Vancouver’s dreary winter.

Four years later, our food truck is still going strong, and Le Petit Atelier has expanded, bringing our delicious crêpes to even more people in Vancouver. Stephane now blends his experience as a creative director, world-traveling motivator, trainer, coach, and large-audience speaker with his native French culinary passion. This unique combination enables us to offer team-building activities designed to enhance collaboration, boost morale, and strengthen problem-solving skills within teams.

"Embracing my French heritage, I bring a touch of authentic culture to every session, ensuring impactful and memorable outcomes that drive both personal and professional growth for all participants."

Alongside our coaching seminars, we offer tailored cooking classes to primary, elementary, and secondary schools, teaching students basic cooking techniques while sharing our native French culture and language.

For all your events and parties—whether at the office or at home—we provide a pop-up crêpes catering service, crafting made-to-order crêpes right before your eyes.

Our mission is to put smiles on the faces of our community, and we love doing it!
